Enter your Zaptec portal credentials in Sunroof to sync your EV charger.

Features and Things to Know

Once integrated, you can:

  • Control and monitor your EV charging remotely.
  • Track energy usage and charging patterns.
  • Integrate EV charging into your home energy management, for example charge on excess solar with Autopilot.

Autopilot charging with variable power

Sunroof Autopilot can regulate the power of your charger to optimally use the amount of excess solar available.

In order to be able to change the current and phases via the API, you need to have the correct permissions, which only a site wowner has. Please contact your site owner or Zaptec support to enable it. (The app will show it in cas ethe permissions are missing – in this case it will just tur on/off the charger, but not regulate the power)

Consumption history

Note: onsumption data shows up in the app only once charging sessions are complete and the vehicle has been disconnected from the charger. (As long as it is plugged in the sessions will not be reported).
