A solar battery is a device that stores the extra electricity your solar panels generate so you can use it later, like at night or on cloudy days when your panels aren’t producing as much energy.
How it works?
During the day, your solar panels capture sunlight and convert it into electricity. If your solar panels produce more electricity than you need, a solar battery stores that extra power.
Later, when the sun isn’t shining, like at night or during a power outage, the battery provides the stored electricity to your home.
It makes your solar system even more efficient, allowing you to use more of the energy you generate.
