SE Country Manager Sweden
SunRoof, one of the fastest-growing companies in the building integrated solar energy space, is seeking a results-driven Country Manager with a strong sales, leadership, and operations background for our Swedish operations, with the intent to expand into the Nordic region. As a key member of the global senior management team, you will report to the CEO, top management team and the Board, and play a crucial role in driving our business in Sweden to the next level of growth. You will manage and grow a high-performance team in sales and operations, focusing on implementing group processes and tools, while developing localized strategies based on the regional markets and regulations.

- Assume P&L responsibility for the Swedish operations, ensuring profitability and financial sustainability.
- Develop and execute the strategic commercial and business plan for Sweden in collaboration with the CCO, CEO, and Board.
- Implement group processes, tools, and strategies, while building local strategies and tactics based on the local environment and regulations.
- Co-develop group-level processes and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Oversee the successful implementation and management of processes and teams in sales, marketing, pricing, innovation, and revenue optimization in Sweden.
- Be a strategic business partner to C-Level and the extended leadership team.
- Establish, assemble, and approve all commercial business plans.
- Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams.
- Drive effectiveness and service delivery improvements within the business, using a KPI-driven approach to foster operational excellence and increase efficiency throughout the business.
- Represent our mission, vision, and values both internally and externally.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor your team, with a strong focus on recruiting top talent, especially for commercial and operational roles.
- Adapt from a 100% remote work to a hybrid-office environments, ensuring a seamless and productive working experience for your team in Göteborg, Västra Götaland.
- Foster and encourage best-practice sharing between peers in other countries.
- Proven leadership and management experience in fast-growing organizations, with a strong focus on sales and commercial roles, preferably in project based business / tech company
- Proven experience in developing and executing business growth strategies, setting objectives, and working with team leads to establish priorities, goals, and plans.
- Excellent leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate team leaders and staff.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting high-performing managers for commercial and operational roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Demonstrated success in building commercial organizations and successfully launching new products.
- Willingness to occasionally travel and experience managing international structures.
- Native Swedish and fluency in English.
- Strong communication skills across different countries and cultures.
- Master's degree in economics or an MBA is preferred but not required.
