As the Structured Finance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive asset financing strategies that align with SunRoof's vision and goals. You will work in close cooperation with the CEO and will play a crucial role in creation of long-term operational model for SunRoof aiming to provide the most competitive roof financing solution.
In this role you will:
- Develop and implement the asset financing solution in cooperation with our financing partners
- Roll the program out to all markets where SunRoof is present
- Build and manage the asset financing team within SunRoof
- Recommend optimal market approach including the selection of financing partners
- Lead negotiations of financing contracts
- Manage financing partners relationships, maintain and expand the partners network
Continuously develop asset financing strategies at SunRoof
Here is what you bring:
- Master degree in Banking & Finance
- At least 10 years of professional experience in project finance or structured finance
- Knowledge of consumer finance and/or renewable energy sector
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- International and multicultural team player with ability to build efficient working relationships
